i heart roland bello

i scan my google reader daily and pay much more attention to all the lovely imagery i see than the text. i saw these images on d*s on almost passed out with how incredibly beautiful roland bello's space is and thought "wow, we have the same aesthetic" and as i delved into the text, come to find out, roland is responsible for the artistic vision of the anthro catalogue- ah, of course! but i still want that chandelier!!

knife skillz required

last weekend while camping out for memorial day weekend, my friend liz made some amazing food that so good that i couldn't resist buying the cookbook the recipes came from the moment i got home. i re-created one of the fabulous dishes liz made-- "seaweed and cabbage saute." check out liz's beautiful blog here! thanks, lizzie!
