putting his skills to the test, erich cultivated a hot sauce with mainly jalapenos and vinegar. he got the recipe from "jam it, pickle it, cure it" (same place i found the marshmallow recipe!) although i'm not a fan of the hot stuff, erich is pleased with the new condiment that is freshly and abundantly stocked in our fridge. taco night, perhaps? i'll make the margs ;)
